Undeliverable Packages: If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal of the package, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipping the package.

Lost or Stolen Packages: We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package is lost or stolen, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim. Our customer support team is available to assist you if needed.
